More intriguingly, Burghardt revealed he had tested a potentially breakthrough product: a "structured, non-toxic, alkaline, mineralized water gel with lots of electrons and a large number of biophotons." Applied topically, this gel allegedly delivers electrons directly into the body to repair oxidized molecules and atoms.
"You can put it wherever you want: on wounds and the wound will close in half the time; on eczema, on viruses, on inflammation spots," he claimed, adding that companies have been attempting to develop such products for fifteen years with limited success until recently.

Perhaps most radical was Burghardt's assertion about the nature of inflammation and pain. "All kinds of pain, all kind of inflammation – no matter what – means you have too many protons at this place," he stated. "The opposite is not to get more protons, but to get more electrons."
