Is pricing per event or per year?
Both. Each package has a per-event price and a lower per-event rate when you cover a year of events up front.
What are program credits?
Credits are consumed as recordings are transcribed and content generated. Creating events and program items is unlimited.
Can we start small and move up?
Yes. Events Pro includes everything in Starter, and On-Site includes everything in Pro.
